Birthday Campbell Kate! You are 2 years and 1 week old!!!
Wow, that gave me some baby fever, how bout you? Only, it makes me want a baby Campbell all over again not some other yet to be discovered baby. If you've been within earshot you've heard me say that she has been our "toughest" baby. She was the worst sleeper and has always been a little more demanding than her big brothers...more drama if you will! Ha!
But she's so much fun and I really enjoyed her babyhood. She has been smiling at me since the day she was born and she makes her daddy turn to mush. We had to work hard to get her here but God always knew how that part of our story would end. She's worth the sass. Love, love, love you Campbell Kate!

Not Me Monday!!!
It's been ages since I've joined in on MckMama's Not Me Monday fun but I thought this week certainly warranted it!
I would never, ever be the kind of mom who would let her sassy, adorable two year old baby girl's birthday pass and not have a special birthday blog post at the ready! Not me!!!
I would also never let a warm, sunny Saturday afternoon slip away without sending the kids outside to play, after waiting five l o n g, dreary months for the opportunity! Definitely not me!
And I'm most certainly not the kind of girl who would attend her yearly appointment with the Gynecologist wearing the same clothes as the day before (hey, the undies were clean) because I was running late and needed to grab what was handy! We know that we're supposed to get all dolled up on that special day (you know, to get naked before the doctor ever walks in the door) so that was definitely NOT ME!
I just had to come back in here and edit this post! It was not me who stumbled up the stoop, took out two toes of my beautiful fresh pedi and then with such a force and howls of embarassment ran crown first into the siding of the house! Seriously, I'm too graceful for that...nope, not me! (You're welcome for the chuckle at my expense!)
Feels good doesn't it? To just put it out there...
We have jumped head first without a helmet on into juggling Spring activities. Jackson is doing a special swim class at the Y and Tucker and Cooper are doing Tae Kwon Do, also at the Y. Finley is all set for Upwards soccer in a couple of weeks and because small group and Awana weren't enough for Wednesday evenings we added piano lessons for Cooper! Campbell just gets to ride around in her carseat growing hair so I can now do this!!!:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my March babies!!!

One Month!!!!!
So, here's what we've been up to...
up to our necks in snow:
up to NINE years old!:
how bout DOWN 50lbs!!!:
Feels fabulous and unreal! I have Campbell Kate's pregnancy to thank for 30 of those pounds and although, I always thought that someday I'd be able to find the time to work on getting back in shape...exactly how that was going to happen seemed like an improbable dream. I am eternally indebted my wonderful sister Katie and my dear friend Sarah for helping me work out the kinks (named Cooper, Finley and Campbell) and Mommy and Me Fitness for giving me the motivation to get up and out of the house with three kids in tow, to run around in circles until I feel like I can't run anymore and a chance to connect with other busy moms (ha, can you tell I'm watching the Oscars!)!!! Seriously, if you're local and looking for a way to get fit and do something for "you" check it out!
Lots of people have been asking me how, here ya go:
SWEAT, lots of it 3-5 times a week!!!!
up to enjoying the sun, despite the fact that we are still up to our necks in snow:
up to texting while potty training?:
and up to sweet Valentine's...I adore this:
I miss blogging regularly, so many funny things aren't making it back out of my brain. About a week ago Cooper came running upstairs, woke me out of a dead sleep and announced that he found a sippy cup under the couch that had been there for exactly 130 days! The sad part about this...I'm pretty sure he was correct. Imagine my elation when I came downstairs and realized that it had been filled for 130 days with water and not milk!
